Job Description

Duties include taking orders over the telephone, fax and email and entering orders into the computer. Calling customers to procure orders and assisting with pick-up customers. Weekly calling of customers to arrange scheduling for delivery, preparing for Fed Ex /Air Freight Shipments, typing and filing as required, and other clerical duties as assigned


Hours and benefits

Regular hours: 8:30am to 5:00pm: Monday to Friday. Busy season hours: Starting 11-24 to 12-24 and 2-15 to 5-31: 8:30am to 5:30pm, M-F. Saturday Hours: 8:30am to approximately 12:30pm; about 20 Saturdays per year. Medical and & Dental Insurance offered. Two weeks paid vacation after first full year. Vacation may be taken only from June 1st through November 23rd.
